Our Accreditation

Trajan's MonitorYou laboratory, based in Melbourne (VIC), has been accredited in the field of medical testing (ISO 15189) by the National Association for Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) in conjunction with the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA).

To attain and maintain accreditation, our facility is regularly assessed for competence based on relevant international standards.

This includes compliance with standards relating to:

• the qualifications, training and experience of staff
• equipment and its calibration and maintenance
• quality assurance procedures
• appropriate sampling practices

Our Quality

The MonitorYou laboratory conducts regular proficiency testing and participates in external quality control programs (where available) such as:

• The National RCPAQAP (Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia Quality Assurance Program)
• The International RIQAS (Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme)
